OFDon’t bother going to NYSC Camp if you don’t have these documents 📌❓👀👇
1.Final year ID card/ Photo-Card: Go with the original and at least two (2) photocopies.
2.Confirmation of degree/ Statement of result (B. SC or HND): Go with the original and at least three (3) photocopies of your Degree or HND statement of result.
3.NYSC Call-up letter: Go with the Colored original and at least three (3) photocopies. You will be sent this letter by NYSC few days after online registration. DO NOT laminate.
4.NYSC Green card: Go with the Colored original and at least (3) photocopies. Green Card is the online print-out slip after NYSC online registration. Do NOT laminate this.
5.Recent passport photograph with white background: Go with at least eight(8) copies.
6.Medical Fitness: Go with your medical fitness certificate
7.Medical Report: Go with medical report from a recognized government facility.
8.NIN slip: Go with copies of your NIN slip. It will be used during NYSC bank registration and so on.
Note: Foreign trained graduates should go to camp with the original of all documents uploaded during online registration.
9.Polytechnic graduates should go with both ND and HND statement of results/ Confirmation of degree.
10.Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, Optometrists or other medical profession, should go to camp along with the original of registration certificate with the Nigerian Medical Council, Pharmacist Board or Optometrist Registration Council and evidence of completion of houseman-ship or internship.
Bonus: You can go with a REFERENCE LETTER from a preferred PPA and this may or may not be accepted as your actual PPA (NYSC decides).
