Ik heb de hele ochtend geen honger meer hierna. Ik ga zelf niet lekker op havermout met water of melk of overnight oats. Dus dit is ook een perfecte voor havermout beginners. Overigens vinden de kinderen dit vaak ook lekker. Ingrediënten: • 3 kleine rijpe bananen (of 2 grote) • 3 eieren • Lekker veel kaneel (naar smaak) • Lijnzaad (genoeg om de bovenlaag licht te bedekken, • Sesamzaad (idem, ca. 1 eetlepel) • Havermout (toevoegen tot het mengsel niet meer nat is, ±6–8 eetlepels) • 1 handje diepvries rood fruit Bereiding: Prak de bananen in een kleine ovenschaal. Voeg lekker veel kaneel toe en kluts dit goed door de banaan. Bestrooi het mengsel met lijnzaad en sesamzaad. Kluts door elkaar. Daarna kluts je de 3 eieren erdoorheen. Voeg nu havermout toe en blijf roeren tot het beslag dikker wordt en niet meer nat is. Verdeel het diepvriesfruit over de bovenkant en zet de schaal 4 minuten in de magnetron op 900 watt. Laat een klein beetje afkoelen voor je het eet – maar warm is ‘ie het allerlekkerst! En het mooie is: alle ingrediënten kun je overal ter wereld halen. Zelfs in het krugerpark ;-) Laat weten wat jullie ervan vinden als je het gemaakt hebt.
