CHIA SEEDS MANGO PUDDING 😍 Ingredients: 1 Mango 1/4 cup oats 1 Tbsp maple syrup 1/2 cup milk of your choice 2 Tbsp chia seeds 1. Put mango, oats, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and milk into the blender and blend it together 2. In a bowl, pour the mixture and add 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds and soak it for 3-4 hours or overnight. 3. PB & Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats✨ Not only does this recipe give approx 20% of your iron intake from the oats, flour, egg, & dark chocolate, it’s also high in fiber & magnesium to aid in digestion & cramps! Feel free to add as much chocolate & peanut butter your heart desires & make sure to use a low calcium milk! (Recipe below!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1/2 ripe banana 1 small egg or 1/2 a large egg Dash of vanilla 1 tbsp oil (I used avocado oil) 1/4 cup low calcium milk (some low calcium milks are cashew/oat/rice/almond milk) 1/4 cup rolled oats 2 tbsp all purpose flour or whole wheat flour Pinch of salt 1/3 tsp baking powder Dark chocolate chips to liking 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter 1 tbsp chunky or creamy peanut butter Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I used the Martha Stewart mini baking dish - similar dishes linked in my Amazon storefront in my bio), add the banana & mash into a puree. 3. Then add all the ingredients listed above (minus the peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut butter) & mix until well combined. 4. Add the peanut butter & chocolate hazelnut butter to the center & cover with the batter. Top with more chocolate chips & bake for 10-15 minutes or until the baked oats have risen in the center. 5. Take out, top with more chocolate hazelnut butter, peanut butter, & salt. Enjoy! #food #foodstagram #breakfast #healthy

Chocolate lovers unite !!🫡 Toblerone is definitely one of my favourite chocolates, so I thought why not make it into a high protein overnight oat recipe 🥰 I love making recipes like this because it is a pretty darn healthy recipe despite looking so decadent which is all the more reason to try it! ✨recipe✨ 50g oats* 10g cocoa powder* 30g chocolate vegan protein powder* (for thickness) 5g chia seeds/flax seeds 50g of Greek yoghurt 170 ml water (or milk) 1 tsp honey For the top: 5g almond butter* 15-20g dark chocolate (I used sugar free) 5g of soy crisps (can use honeycomb, but I couldn’t find any😅) Ingredients with a * are from @prozis (Code FITFOODIEJULES will give you a big discount + gifts!) Microwave the oats with the chia seeds, honey, and water for 2.30. Mix in the yoghurt, protein, and cocoa. Add the dollop of almond butter to the center of the oats. melt the chocolate, then mix in the soy crisps and drizzle over the top of the oats to form a shell. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy! #overnightoats #proteinbreakfast #oats
