In Haworth, just steps from the cobbles that lead to the Parsonage, the Cabinet of Curiosities shop draws on a long European tradition that dates back to the 16th and 17th centuries, when collectors assembled “wonder rooms” filled with natural specimens, antiquities, taxidermy, and anatomical artefacts to catalogue the strange and the scientific.
Today, that spirit survives, but in a different form.
Inside you’ll find scented bath salts inspired by folklore, rich perfumes with gothic notes, hand-poured wax melts and candles designed to evoke old libraries and shadowed woods.
