This place has been on my list for a while. If you like Pennbury Farm and Wistow Cafe you are going to love Okapi.
You will find Okapi in Blaby with its skandi earthy decor and high quality menu for you to enjoy. You can sit inside, outside in their garden or in a covered zone which is best of both in my opinion.
The smoothies are thick and packed full of fruity goodness, the eggs benedict came with an option prosciutto which was so delicious with the hollandaise sauce. I will now find it hard to go back to just standard bacon. Unfortunately my poached eggs weren't runny and my replacements eggs were overcooked too, but I'm confident we got them in a bad moment as everything else was such high quality.
I believe they have the same supplier for cakes as @notjustacornershop, @loulousgreatglen and @oadbygymnastics. Would be a great place just to come for coffee and cake.

My fabulous husband worked us out a walk to work up an appetite which took us just over half an hour and it is even pram friendly 🎉

🚶1.5mile pram friendly walk parking at Linden Farm Drive, just follow Google maps. If you haven't got a pram, you can mix it up and follow the footpath signposts through the golf club.
