Tilt your head. Let the tissue respond.
If there’s deeper tension, go deeper. Don’t stay superficial just because it’s easier.
2. Drop your shoulders.
Seriously.
High shoulders = overloaded neck = wasted effort on the face.
3. When you brush your teeth, stop clenching and moving your face aggressively.
Slower. Softer.
That’s it.
Less force. More awareness.
