Comment inline on specific elements, edit text directly, or use adjustment knobs to tweak spacing, color, and layout live. Then ask Claude to apply your changes across the full design. Collaborate. Designs have organization-scoped sharing. You can keep a document private, share it so anyone in your organization with the link can view it, or grant edit access so colleagues can modify the design and chat with Claude together in a group conversation. Here’s what real operators understand👇 1. Compliance Not 47 documents and confusion. Just clean structure: “This is how we operate.” 2. Clarity If they don’t know what success looks like in 30, 60, 90 days… you didn’t onboard them—you just introduced them. 3. Culture Not what’s written. What’s tolerated. The real rules need to be spoken, not implied. 4. Connection If their only relationship is their manager… you’ve already isolated them. Plug them into the ecosystem or lose them. 5. Check-backs Onboarding isn’t day one. It’s weeks of alignment, feedback, and correction. Most founders think onboarding is admin work. It’s not. It’s profit protection. Important instructions were shared - formal attire, no external devices, showing the offer letter at the reception, and we were provided with a temporary ID card. We were guided on how to fill all the required forms and understand the process clearly. Make sure to carry all standard onboarding documents (ID, LWD Proof, nomination forms etc.) We submitted hard copies of all the above. Also, ensure all your documents are updated on the Workday portal.
