Nobody in India is talking about the world’s first quantum operating system. But China just made a very interesting move. They released a quantum OS called Origin Pilot. It was built by Origin Quantum in Hefei, and anyone can download it. Think of it like Windows, but for quantum computers. It helps manage qubits, schedule quantum tasks, and gives developers tools to write and test quantum programs. Why this matters. Most quantum computers today sit inside research labs.
