1. Heaven and Hell are "Here and Now"
Osho famously taught that you don't "go" to heaven or hell; you create them within yourself.
* Hell is a state of mind characterized by tension, greed, anger, and anxiety. If you are living in conflict and misery, you are already in Nark.
* Heaven is a state of mind characterized by celebration, silence, love, and awareness. If you are at peace with existence, you are in Swarg.
