LOI don’t think “oh I’m 59 so I can’t wear a bikini!” - It’s more along the lines of what type of beach I’m going to and who I’m with.
I own all kinds of bathing suits, from one-pieces that I reserve for special occasions to paddleboard shorts and sports tops for SUP and SUP yoga.
If I were in a beach in Spain (where I’m half from) I’d go topless with my husband or girlfriends but not with coworkers or my husband’s family.
That’s just me, and although summer is coming to a close; since I live in Florida I will still be wearing whatever I want that I feel comfy in and I know many others vacationing in tropical climates will too.
It’s really not an age thing but a common sense thing. Would I wear a bikini to the grocery store or to the bank where I live? No. In my own pool? Yes!
What’s your comfort level when it comes to beachwear whether you are 20, 90 or any age in between?
