BIAs you can see I got this improvement in jawline from 6/23 to 7/9, dates the photos where taken.
The jaw moved forward, change proven by the movement of the lower teeth and the change in bite, which is impossible to fake. (Forcefully moving the jaw forwards, would make it look different than that).
I already went from overbite to "normal" bite in three weeks at the beginning of my journey but that was thumbpulling only 2 hours a day. Nowadays bite and teeth keep changing just as bones keep moving, but even faster.
If you guys want the best results, you should combine thumbpulling with the use of a flat mouthguard, many doctors combine expansion work with the use of one. Or just the latter for easier, slow burn progress.
Wear it for a few hours during the day and while sleeping, and that's it!

MYOverbite versus overjet.
