One panic attack while driving had me in a state of anxiety for years. I stopped driving, I stopped seeing friends, I stopped leaving the house. That was until I completely overcame it. I promise if you’re housebound, or an anxious wreck, or you have panic attacks everyday... you can recover! We just need to address the underlying ingredients that are maintaining the anxiety. If you’d like my personal help in completely overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, and agoraphobia... Comment the word “recover” and I’II reach out to you. #agoraphobia #anxietyrelief #anxiety #anxietydisorder #panicattack

Suffering from anxiety & panic attacks at a young age is NOT a joke. Read caption before it’s too late. At a young age, anxiety and panic attacks are often dismissed as “overthinking”, “phone addiction”, or “lack of discipline.” What’s really happening inside the body? • Nervous system overload Chronic stress keeps the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) system switched ON. Your body starts reacting to imaginary threats as if they are real. • Hormonal imbalance High cortisol + adrenaline over time affects sleep, digestion, mood, memory, and confidence. This is why panic attacks come with: – racing heart – breathlessness – dizziness – fear of dying or losing control Lifestyle triggers that worsen it: – poor sleep – irregular meals – caffeine & energy drinks – constant screen exposure – emotional suppression (“don’t cry”, “be strong”) This is NOT attention-seeking. This is NOT drama. This is a real medical condition. Evidence-based recovery approach (Ayurveda + modern science): • Reset sleep–wake rhythm (circadian healing) • Breath-based vagus nerve activation • Nervous-system-calming nutrition • Mind-body routines that reduce cortisol • Medical evaluation when symptoms persist Early care can reverse anxiety. Ignoring it can turn it into depression, IBS, hormonal issues, or burnout later. 💬 Comment “PANIC” if you want to know: • early warning signs most people ignore • how to calm panic attacks naturally + medically • daily nervous system healing routine • when therapy or medication is actually needed Your mind asking for help is not weakness. It’s intelligence.

Panic attacks feel like a loss of control, but what’s actually happening is your nervous system firing a false alarm. In that moment, logic rarely helps because the body is already in fight or flight. Somatic techniques work by sending safety signals back to the brain through breath, pressure, temperature, and orientation. Once the nervous system settles, the symptoms ease and the anxious thoughts lose their grip. You don’t need to “calm your mind” first. Calm the body, and the mind follows. Save this for later, and share it with someone who needs it. #panicattack #anxiety #mentalhealth #nervoussystem

TW: depersonalization & derealization. This is what DPDR used to feel like for me. On the outside, I probably looked a bit disoriented… maybe anxious… but mostly “normal.” On the inside, everything felt wrong. Supermarkets were one of the hardest places. The lights felt too bright and artificial. Sounds felt sharper. My vision felt flat, fuzzy, almost greyed out, like I was watching the world through a screen. It felt like I wasn’t fully in my body. Like I was there, but not really there. Sometimes I’d question whether I was even real, or whether this was how things would feel forever. I lived like this constantly for more than 10 years. Not on and off. Not just during panic attacks. All the time. What made it worse was the fear of the feeling itself. I was terrified of DPDR, terrified of making it stronger, terrified that pushing myself would make it stay permanently. So I avoided. Places. Situations. Change. But the feeling stayed anyway. What I eventually learned is that DPDR, as distressing as it is, is not dangerous. It’s a nervous system response, often linked to anxiety, not a sign that you’re broken or losing your mind. And the way out wasn’t trying to get rid of the feeling. It was learning to live alongside it. Doing things while feeling unreal. Going to the shop anyway. Letting the sensations be there without checking, analysing, or fighting them. That’s how the moments of relief started. Seconds at first. Then minutes. Then longer stretches where I forgot to monitor how I felt. Over time, those moments became the norm. If you’re dealing with DPDR right now, please know this: You’re not alone. You’re not broken. And you don’t have to figure this out by yourself. I’ve opened a free DPDR support group chat inside my community where people can share experiences, ask questions, and talk openly with others who genuinely understand, including me. 💬 Comment “dpdr group”and I’ll invite you in. I know how isolating this can feel. I’m happy to talk.

A panic attack feels like your body suddenly hitting the panic button. Your heart races. Your chest feels tight. Breathing gets hard. Your thoughts spiral. You might feel like something terrible is about to happen even when nothing actually is. It’s your body trying to protect you, just a little too loudly. Panic attacks are intense, but they are temporary. Understanding them is the first step toward feeling less afraid of them. If this felt familiar, you’re not alone. Save this for later, or share it with someone who needs to feel understood today. 🤍 #panicattack #anxietyawareness #mentalhealthindia #nervoussystemhealing #youarenotalone

I was sitting in a restaurant last night, close enough to hear the table beside me without trying. They were talking about someone who had gone quiet. Stopped replying. Missed birthdays. Disappeared from the group chat. One of them said it sounded like arrogance. Another called it ghosting. No one lowered their voice when they said his name. A therapist I once spoke to who works with high-performing professionals described this exact misunderstanding. When pressure crosses a certain threshold, the nervous system stops optimizing for connection and starts optimizing for survival. At the next table, someone mentioned a colleague who vanished during a merger. In reality, he was dealing with panic attacks for the first time in his life. He told no one. Silence was the only thing that didn’t cost him more energy. When the brain is overloaded, speech becomes a luxury. Social signaling feels like exposure. Quiet becomes a way to conserve what little is left. From the outside, it looks like indifference. From the inside, it is containment. The cost is invisible. Reputations quietly erode while battles remain unseen. People assign meaning to absence because they cannot see the biology underneath it. Listening to them talk, I wondered how many people are being judged for disappearing while they are simply trying to stay alive. Have you ever been misread during the hardest season of your life? We may never cross paths again. Follow so you don’t lose me — @arturrioni

. . . . . #panicattacks #psikoloji #terapi #fyp

She sat in my clinic shaking. Not from anxiety. From relief. Because for the first time in 3 years — someone finally believed her. She’d been handed a prescription on her very first visit. No blood work. No hormone panel. No thyroid check. Nothing. Just a label. And a pill to quiet her down. But anxiety doesn’t explain why your heart races at 3am. Why your hands won’t stop trembling. Why you can’t think straight no matter how much you sleep. Those are symptoms. Not a personality trait. Not weakness. Not “just stress.” When I ran a full panel — her thyroid was destroying itself. Her ferritin was critically low. Her vitamin D was almost nonexistent. She wasn’t anxious. She was unwell. And nobody looked. 💔 This is why I keep saying — a diagnosis is only as good as the doctor willing to dig deeper. You deserve that doctor. You deserve real answers. Not just a prescription to make you easier to dismiss. 🩺 If this sounds like you — Comment “HEALTH” below and I’ll personally DM you: • The 5 blood tests that should be run before any anxiety diagnosis • The vitamin deficiency that mimics anxiety & panic attacks perfectly • The hormone nobody checks that causes racing heart & trembling • What to say to your doctor to finally get taken seriously 🩺
