Real change takes so much time. You can’t give up when it’s not happening as quickly as you hoped. In 2023, I struggled so much getting into the proper plank position. I had spent years planking while being oblivious to how to do it with proper spinal alignment and muscle engagement. I remember seeing this video and my jaw dropping at how horrific it looked. 😂 But I kept showing up to work on it.
