_M✅Here's how you should approach a system for usmle step -1 ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1️⃣ALWAYS PHARMA FIRST !
The reason being once you ace the pharma part of the system, it will save you a lot of time in the questions. The pharma questions are easy once you know the mechanism of action and their adverse effects.

2️⃣CLASSICAL PATHOLOGY !
Take a page and write down the main findings on pathology and histology of the disease. Just a list of diseases with their pathological and histological findings. When you start the system again, read this page first before starting the patho part.

3️⃣INTEGRATION !
Write down the connecting dots between the systems as well as within the system. For e.g. Connect the dots between infective endocarditis and microbio part. That will help you to differentiate quickly in multi-system questions.

4️⃣DO CLOSELY RELATED SYSTEMS TOGETHER !
Cardiovascular + Respiratory system
Endocrine + Reproductive system
Musculoskeletal + Neurology
.
5️⃣ACTIVE RECALL OF IMPORTANT IMAGES !
After finishing the system, do an active recall of important images and important histological findings of the system. This will give you an edge and a perfect grip of system.
