This viral video dives into a chilling idea: scientists fed thousands of hours of crow vocalizations into an advanced AI system, expecting to classify simple animal sounds… and instead uncovered patterns that look disturbingly like language. The AI wasn’t just grouping calls like “danger” or “food.” It began detecting syntax - structured sequences that resemble grammar. Even more unsettling, it identified what appeared to be unique identifiers: specific sound patterns used only for specific humans. In one experiment retold here, a crow produced a distinct call when a man in a red hat passed by. Days later, the same call was repeated - not just by the same bird, but by other crows who had never seen the man before. The implication? Information wasn’t just reacted to - it was shared. According to the AI’s analysis, these weren’t emotional noises. They were data packets. Descriptions. Labels. Possibly names. Whether fully proven or not, this research (and its dramatic retelling) highlights something profound: when AI listens at a scale humans can’t, the natural world starts to sound far more intelligent - and interconnected - than we ever assumed. Credit: @belmorechuck on Instagram Original platform: Instagram AI / Tech involved: Audio analysis + machine learning models (Tools not explicitly listed - likely deep learning models for bioacoustics and pattern recognition) This is what happens when AI becomes a translator between species - and reminds us we may not be the only ones observing. Apple’s move toward q.ai should make people pause — not for innovation, but for surveillance. This isn’t just AI that responds. It’s AI that watches — tracking habits, behavior, tone, timing, patterns. Reading facial expressions. Interpreting pauses. Inferring intent. Predicting what you’ll think before you say it. Your phone already knows where you go, who you talk to, what you buy, when you sleep. Now imagine AI trained to connect all of it — including your face, your reactions, your emotional signals. Mind-reading doesn’t arrive as telepathy. It arrives as pattern recognition. Surveillance won’t look like force. It will look like personalization. It will feel helpful. And by the time it feels intrusive, it will already know too much to turn off. #apple #control #surveillance #aitechnology #orwellian

‼️AI computer vision works by using machine learning algorithms to train computers to interpret and analyze visual data from images and videos, essentially mimicking how humans see and understand their environment, allowing them to identify and classify objects within the visual input, and then react to what they "see" by providing information or taking actions based on the analysis; this process involves capturing an image, breaking it down into features like edges and shapes, comparing those features to a database of known patterns, and finally outputting a classification or recognition result based on the analysis. . . Pattern recognition has its origins in engineering, whereas machine learning grew out of computer science. However, these activities can be viewed as two facets of the same field, and together they have undergone substantial development over the past ten years. In particular, Bayesian methods have grown from a specialist niche to become mainstream, while graphical models have emerged as a general framework for describing and applying probabilistic models. Also, the practical applicability of Bayesian methods has been greatly enhanced through the development of a range of approximate inference algorithms such as variational Bayes and expectation propagation. Similarly, new models based on kernels have had a significant impact on both algorithms and applications. This new textbook reflects these recent developments while providing a comprehensive introduction to the fields of pattern recognition and machine learning. It is aimed at advanced undergraduates or first-year PhD students, as well as researchers and practitioners, and assumes no previous knowledge of pattern recognition or machine learning concepts. Knowledge of multivariate calculus and basic linear algebra is required, and some familiarity with probabilities would be helpful though not essential as the book includes a self-contained introduction to basic probability theory. #reels #machinelearningart #programming #informatica #computers #fyp #ai

🚨 AI Just Shattered Another Limit 🤯 From 0.6 seconds in 2016 to just 0.1 seconds in 2025 — AI robots now solve a Rubik’s Cube faster than a human can blink. 👀 In less than a decade, machine intelligence has evolved from basic pattern recognition to superhuman precision and reflexes. What started as a research experiment is now a global benchmark for robotics, real-time vision, and control systems. This robot doesn’t just calculate a solution — it understands the puzzle, executes flawlessly, and adapts instantly. ⚙️💨 We’re entering an era where AI doesn’t just compete with humans — it outperforms us in speed, accuracy, and reaction. 🤖 What are Multilayer Perceptrons (MLPs)? Let’s break it down in simple terms ⬇️ Multilayer Perceptrons (MLPs) are one of the most fundamental types of artificial neural networks. They’re built from layers of neurons: an input layer, one or more hidden layers, and an output layer. Each neuron is fully connected to every neuron in the previous and next layer, allowing the network to learn complex relationships in data. Here’s how they work: A neuron takes inputs → applies a linear transformation (weighted sum). The result passes through an activation function, which adds nonlinearity. This process, repeated across layers, lets MLPs approximate highly complex functions. MLPs are widely used for classification, regression, and pattern recognition, but they’re also sensitive to hyperparameters (like number of layers, neurons, and learning rate). Think of them as the building blocks of deep learning... simple, powerful, and essential.
