so that the foot of the test leg is on top of the knee of
the opposite leg.
The examiner then slowly lowers the knee of the test leg toward the examing table.
A Negative test - is indicated by the test leg’s knee
falling to the table or at least being parallel with the
opposite leg.
Positive test - is indicated by the test leg’s
knee remaining above the opposite straight leg.
(positive, the test indicates that the hip joint may be
affected, that there may be iliopsoas spasm, or that the
sacroiliac joint may be affected)

أولاً: فحص PT – Prothrombin Time
هو فحص دم بيقيس وقت تجلط الدم عبر المسار الخارجي (Extrinsic Pathway).
📌 شو يعني مسار خارجي؟
هو الطريق اللي بتنشط فيه عوامل التخثر بعد إصابة واضحة خارجية للجسم، زي جرح أو نزيف من الجلد.
📌 يُستخدم لـ:
– تقييم حالات النزيف.
– متابعة العلاج ب الوارفرين.
– الفحوصات قبل العمليات.
🧪 العوامل اللي بيقيسها: VII + I, II, V, X
الرينج الطبيعي: 11–13.5 ثانية
(INR الطبيعي: 0.8 – 1.2)

ثانياً: فحص PTT – Partial Thromboplastin Time
بيفحص تخثر الدم عن طريق المسار الداخلي (Intrinsic Pathway).
📌 شو يعني مسار داخلي؟
هو الطريق اللي بتنشط فيه عوامل التخثر من داخل الجسم بدون إصابة خارجية، زي تضرر جدار الأوعية الدموية.
📌 يُستخدم لـ:
– تقييم نزيف بدون سبب واضح
– تشخيص بعض الأمراض مثل الهيموفيليا
– متابعة العلاج ب الهيبارين
🧪 العوامل اللي بيقيسها: XII, XI, IX, VIII + I, II, V, X
🔢 الرينج الطبيعي: 25-37 ثانية

⚖️ الفرق باختصار:
PT (خارجي) اصابه خارجيه
PTT (داخلي) داخلي = ضرر داخل الأوعية
📌 نصيحة مهمة:
لو كلا الفحصين طبيعيين، ف على الأغلب نظام التخثر شغال تمام
أما لو واحد منهم غير طبيعي، بنقدر نحدد إذا المشكلة في المسار الداخلي أو الخارجي.
واذا عندك مريض بينزف؟ 🩸
افحص PT لو الشك بالمسار الخارجي (كبد، وارفارين، نقص فيتامين K).
وافحص PTT لو الشك بالمسار الداخلي (هيموفيليا، هيبارين، أمراض مناعية).
وإذا الاتنين مرتفعين؟
فكر بمشكلة بالمشترك زي DIC أو الكبد.
كل فحص بيوجهنا لمسار مختلف من مسارات التجلط… ومع بعض، بيعطونا صورة شاملة عن سبب النزيف أو التخثر! 🩸

Complete o volume para 1 L e esterilize por autoclavação. 🧫
