Any imbalance or distortion in the pelvic biomechanics can result in less than optimal performance of the pelvic floor muscles. A chiropractor can work with these biomechanics for better activation and stabilization of the pelvic floor. Once the biomechanics are improved exercises to improve function will be more effective.
