Because we’re not banning jam… We’re just choosing better most of the time. WHAT’S ON THE TOAST 👇 • 1 slice sourdough • 1 tbsp Byron Bay Smooth peanut butter • ½ cup frozen mixed berries • 40g Chobani Greek yoghurt • ½ tbsp chia seeds That’s it. Pantry staples. Zero drama. WHY SKIP THE PROCESSED JAM? ✔ No added refined sugar ✔ More fibre ✔ More protein ✔ Slower blood sugar response Instead of a spike → crash → snack spiral… You (and the kids) get steady energy. — PER SERVE 307 calories 14g protein 35g carbs 12g fat Over 8g of fibre 👏🏼 That’s the magic. PB&J Oat Cups (not even ashamed to admit I filmed these for my Barry’s shake launch and am just now getting around to editing them ✨) Ingredients (makes 6): • 1½ cups rolled oats • ½ cup peanut butter • ⅓ cup honey • 1tsp vanilla • ½ tsp cinnamon • Pinch of flaky sea salt (for topping) Raspberry Chia Jam • 1 cup fresh raspberries • 1½ tbsp chia seeds • 1–2 tsp honey (to taste) Instructions: 1. Line a muffin tin with 6 liners. 2. Mash raspberries with chia seeds and honey until broken down and jammy; let sit 5–10 minutes to thicken. 3. In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined. 4. Press about 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of each liner to form cups. 5. Spoon the raspberry chia jam into the center of each cup. 6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. 7. Freeze for 1–2 hours, until firm. 8. Let sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating and enjoyyyy #asmr #nobake #pbandj #peanutbuttercups #pbandjcups

You can whip it if you want — whipped jelly is easier to spread and kind of fun — but you absolutely don’t have to. Sprinkle, stir, done. Does this suddenly make a PB&J a nutrition powerhouse? Nope. Is it an easy way to add a little fiber and healthy fats to something your kid already eats? Yep. Little adds still count. Low effort > perfection. Nutrition by addition, always. 😘
