TI1) Competition does exist but using it as a healthy asset is a mindset that’s up to you. There is room for many different ballerinas, so we can also lift each other up while reaching for success
2) Injuries will come and go but what you learn during that injury will only help you come back stronger and grow artistically
3) Just because you don’t get a role doesn’t mean you should give up. Your time will come, just work even harder to show you deserve it
4) Sometimes you will be disappointed with how you performed, but instead of sulking, use it to propel you do better the next time
5) It’s lonely at the top. After you reach a certain level, people stop telling you as many corrections and you have to learn to do it yourself. If you use the mindset, “always a student,” you will always continue to learn and grow.
