What do I eat during my Periods? Although there is no such strict diet routine which I follow during these days but I keep few things in my mind which are as follows I Do✅ -Ajwain Lukewarm water helps to manage gas and acidity issues we experience in these days -Sitting in malasan in the morning not only massages the tummy and pelvis also triggers motion to poop better - I consume lots of veggies,fruits and fresh juices these days that makes me feel full - Instead of craving over chocolates and candies I prefer to eat fruits and homemade laddus/pinnis - I usually take turmeric milk at night which not only fills my tummy but also relief periods cramps which helps me to sleep better in the night - I keep drinking lukewarm water throughout the day - I sleep on time (9-9:30pm) I don’t ❌ - I am not a fan of junk food and I avoid having it specially in these days - I avoid pickles,curd,spicy and deep fried food items - I don’t eat too much refined sugar,chocolates,candies or cookies instead I go with fruits and homemade dessert for sugar cravings - I avoid over eating throughout the day - I avoid having heavy meals at night Slots available in upcoming March batch,join my live yoga sessions and live a healthy lifestyle . . . . . . . . @shubhangi_chauhan__ #yoga #yogateacher #period #periods #periodsolutions #irregularperiods #periodstruggles #periodsbelike #healthyfood #healthcoach #healthylifestyle #healthyeating #healthyeating #yogaforall #dietplan #diettips #dietician #lifegoals #betterliving #growtogether #healingjourney #dehradun #shubhyogini
