Es común hablar de adicción a ciertas sustancias y actividades como al café, al trabajo, sexo, medicamentos… pero poco se habla de la adicción a los refrescos de cola.
Desde hace ya unos años, los refrescos de cola han sido consumidos de manera abusiva. Sus compuestos ocasionan graves problemas de salud que llevan a la adicción o a la muerte, como en México, que se asocian más de 40 mil muertes al año por bebidas azucaradas (@1cinys).

Además de la cafeína y azúcar que son potencialmente adictivos y generan placer provocando antojos, se suman una serie de sustancias tóxicas, que llevan a alteraciones metabólicas en el organismo: como sobre peso, obesidad, daño en los dientes, enfermedades del corazón, diabetes tipo 2 y te dejamos un artículo científico que describe el caso de una paciente a la que se le acentuó la depresión por consumo adictivo al refresco de cola.

LAThe day I stop doing what I believe is the day when I die, I know that there’re people who still didn’t get ny message for instance why don’t we ask someone and pay him/her to clean the street and pickup people’s trash? Before answering this question we’ve to get back to our goal which is clear though, we want to create a combo that consists of lifestyle,culture,community and likeminded individuals who’re sharing the same mindset of having the responsibility and the urge to have a clean and healthy environment and streets in addition to know that picking up people’s trash is a way of objection of changing negative behaviors and aiming to have obligations and rules by the governments worldwide on large entities and individuals who toss trash and think that it’s a normal act.

GR� Are litterbugs an invasive species?
As a lover of nature, I feel deeply that it is my responsibility to steward it. “Leave it better than you found” they always say. No it isn’t my trash, but I genuinely find so much joy in cleaning it up. Nature gives me SO much and by cleaning up trash, I’m able to give back just a fraction of what it’s given me.
No, it’s not my trash but it is my community. And a simple small act like this is more than worth it so that everyone can continue to enjoy this beautiful space.
