then you should’ve noticed by now how much our family’s eating habits have changed.
GINGER 🫚
is a staple every time we do groceries. It’s something you will almost ALWAYS find in our kitchen …so many uses and benefits…
from joint pain to bloating to immune support, soothing cramps and stomach aches.
I like our ginger organic and potent. Some of the bigger ones, like in the video, aren’t as aromatic either.
One of my favorite ways to use ginger for my POLYFLY FAMILY is making fresh ginger tea ….wayyy better than the tea bags.
Sometimes I like to add turmeric, lemon, and a little pepper to activate the turmeric, but it’s perfect with just ginger too.
I’m excited to grow some ginger in our #POLYFLYFARMS 🌱
