High-Protein Snack Box with @safecatchfoods 🐟 simple, nourishing, and easy to grab when hunger hits. I made a quick tuna salad using Safe Catch Ahi Yellowfin Tuna with a little Greek yogurt and dill seasoning, then built a snack box around it. I paired it with whole-wheat crackers, Parmesan crisps, sliced carrots, and crispy lentils, but you can truly use whatever you love or already have on hand. This kind of protein-forward snack is so helpful for keeping blood sugar stable, especially during pregnancy or postpartum. If you’re pregnant, I recommend prepping snack boxes like this for up to 3 days, keeping them well-refrigerated so everything stays cold and fresh. I love Safe Catch because they test every single catch for mercury, which makes their tuna a safe, reliable option for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and feeding kids — and perfect for easy meal prep like this 🤍

Mum’s got to eat too, right!? 💁🏽‍♀️ This week’s grab-and-go snack boxes for work — with a protein boost. Because here’s the thing… most women aren’t getting enough protein, and when you’re busy, it’s way too easy to survive on coffee and the kids’ leftovers. So this week I prepped 6 snack boxes: 🥕 Veg + high-protein dip 🍫 Oreos + sweet protein dip 🥚 Eggs + pretzels Quick. Filling. Easy grab from the fridge between school runs, work and everything else. Protein for the kids… and protein for Mum too. 💪🏼 Save this for your next snack prep. #mumlife #highprotein #lunchboxideas #snackboxideas #snackprep

As a busy mom I prefer pairing carbohydrates with healthy fats This combination: • 2 whole dates • 1 tablespoon peanut butter works well because it provides: • Quick glucose to support immediate energy needs • Fats that slow gastric emptying and improve satiety • A more gradual rise in blood sugar compared to carbohydrates alone • Reduced likelihood of reactive cravings later in the day For many mothers particularly postpartum energy dips are linked to under-fueling, not lack of discipline. Simple. Accessible. Effective.
