I could have quit. For real.
There were seasons that could’ve snapped me in half. Moments that would’ve made most people throw in the towel, log off, and disappear. But instead of breaking? I bent my knees.
I fought my battles in prayer.
Not on Instagram.
Not in group chats.
Not in comment sections.
On my knees.
And here’s the wild part. The more they lied, the more God elevated. The more they whispered, the louder my blessings got. I’d go to sleep heavy and wake up favored. That’s not coincidence. That’s covering.
So now? I let them talk.
I let them gossip.
I let them assume.
Because one thing for sure and two things for certain, God does not play about me.
And it shows.
It shows in the rooms I walk into.
It shows in the doors that open without me forcing them.
It shows in the peace I carry when chaos tries to circle me.
I don’t fight people anymore.
I pray and God handles the rest.
