In my opinion, Batman Beyond offers visuals just as breathtaking, carrying forward much of the artistic direction we grew to love in the previous series. Here, the 60:30:10 color rule is a general guideline seen across all mediums of art, from paintings to interior design, in which (roughly) 60% of a scene is one color, with 30% being a secondary color, and 10% being an accent color.
