THIt’s hard to encapsulate the feeling of strength in a transformation post, and even harder since I feel like I’m just getting started. Overall my physique isn’t necessarily that much different but the girl in the first video was chronically over reaching and under eating, sick at least every other week, a seizure risk, and could barely make it through a round at full power.
The only thing I miss is my weekly groceries were like $30 😭

JUNigdy w życiu nie tańczyłam, nie trenowałam tańca jako dziecko, za to wiernie oglądałam Taniec z Gwiazdami 😅 od pierwszej edycji i serio zwycięzców czy uczestników to rzucam z pamięci 😂 to by było tyle jeśli chodzi o taniec.
Oglądałam tancerzy i myślałam, że to już za późno, że poszłam inną drogą.
Ale taniec jest wyjątkowy, bo nie ogranicza i nie wyklucza. Więc znalazł mnie i jako dorosła kobieta zaczęłam najpiękniejszą przygodę mojego życia.

Nie byłoby tej drogi bez mojego trenera,
który często przypomina mi o jednej bardzo ważnej rzeczy, że nie tylko efekt się liczy, ale przede wszystkim proces.
