Who is tired of hearing the same thing- “just eat less & exercise more!” and yet…you’re seeing no results 😩 I get it..I’ve had Hypothyroidism & Hashimotos since the age of 17. Are you feeling like I felt in that first pic? tired, puffy, inflamed, gaining weight despite your best efforts- yet trying to put on a happy face, but miserable inside? Have you tried it ALL, too? I’ll be honest, when I first started my health & fitness journey, I didn’t think I’d succeed. Everyone else had these insane transformations, but it just wasn’t going to work for me. I bet against myself at first. Not necessarily what you expect to hear from a coach…usually we are the ones with all the “BET ON YOURSELF! YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN DO IT” energy and motivation. But that definitely wasn’t me at the beginning. BUT…I still showed up anyway. Day in and day out. Until brick by brick, I started to see changes. And then, I DID start to believe. Proving others wrong feels amazing, but having a chip on your shoulder from your own inner talk and proving the old you wrong…that feels even better 🔥

As much as I wanted to check for abs after my first workout, it wasn’t there. It’s not about being perfect… it’s about showing up, one day at a time. Five weeks ago, I committed to my reset and reminded myself that time passes no matter what. An hour in the gym. A better meal choice. Going to bed instead of scrolling.
