Berries add a touch of natural sweetness without causing a rapid sugar spike. 🥣 2. PAPAYA BOWL with cottage cheese icecream A new addition for summer and I can’t get enough. High protein low-fat cottage cheese keeps me full for hours while the papaya is packed with fibre and vitamins for my skin and gut! I’ll also top with any other seasonal fruit for variety. 🍉 🍓 3. Boiled Eggs The protein and fats in eggs can help to balance blood sugar. Sprinkle them with some sea salt and/or chilli flakes to make these more tasty and satisfying. Of course, these are brilliant to prepare in advance and keep in the fridge. 🥚 You’re now halfway through this post! Save for later and follow for more tips and fun stories ✨ 4. Nuts Almonds, walnuts, and cashews are particularly good. They’re high in fibre and healthy fats, which can help stabilise blood sugar levels.
