⢠Level 5, introduces FP-specific ballistic movement
You need four tools: a medicine ball, a resistance band, dumbbells, and an ankle weight. Thatâs all. Stiffness before workouts doesnât have to be your reality. Neither does discomfort after them. When you learn to move without grinding your joints, when you build real connection within your body, training stops breaking you down and starts building you up.
