Cut only the top part and carefully remove the seed, keeping the rest of the mango intact. In a pan, boil 1 litre milk until it reduces to about 500 ml. Add ground almonds, cashews, pistachios and cardamom powder. Mix and cook for 2–3 minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it inside the hollow mangoes. Freeze for about 8 hours or until fully set. Easy and delicious Mango Kulfi is ready 😋 Perfect for summer to beat the heat. Save and try!
