My corporate job was dictating my life and when I got to see my daughter and family 😭
I was on the verge of burnout and I wasn’t able to be the mama I wanted to be 💔
It felt pretty Sh*t so I decided NO MORE! I started searching for another way. A way to quit my job, and be a stay at home mum!
I decided property investing was the answer. I knew the long term wealth for me, for my kids was a no brainer…
The small issue was I had £0 money and a big ass goal to become rich (and not have a day job)!
The biggest lightbulb 💡 moment for me was learning that those who are truly successful in property investing were NOT using their own money.
My success was based on a few simple steps and then Consistency of small actions that led to great results.
✅ Find and work with Angel investors to fund the property
✅ Buy and renovate yuck houses in nice areas
✅ Rent them as either HMO or BTL
✅ Refinance
✅ Go again
This well known property hack allowed me to quit my corporate job and build a £10 million portfolio using Angel Investors.
When I started I couldn’t have imagined being able to transform my life, let alone my kids lives …..
