Grind the flax seeds into a flour. 2. Whip the egg whites until they are very frothy. 3. Combine the two mixtures and gently mix. 4. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. 5. Protein Sandwich Thins 🍞 If you’ve been looking for a high protein sandwich bread that doesn’t taste like cardboard you have found it! This one is incredibly easy to make with only 5 ingredients and once you try it you’ll never go back to other sandwich bread again (gluten free or regular). It bakes up golden, is ready in under 30 minutes and each slice packs over 14g of protein and 3g of fiber 😌 Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese (I used good culture 2%) 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup almond flour (not packed) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Optional: everything bagel seasoning Directions: Line baking tray with parchment and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Blend cottage cheese, egg, and garlic powder. Then fold in almond flour and baking powder. Divide dough into four equal parts and spread each onto baking tray. Flatten into a disc about 4-5 inches wide (they will spread a little) and bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes until golden on top. Careful not to burn. Allow to cool then fill with favorite sandwich fixings and enjoy! #proteinbread #easybread #glutenfree #cleaneating

This lentil bread is soft, hearty and packed with plant-based protein, made with simple pantry ingredients and zero flour! 😍 Ingredients: -150g dried red lentils -2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil -2 tablespoons yoghurt -1 teaspoon salt -1 teaspoon paprika -1 teaspoon garlic powder -1 teaspoon mixed herbs -1 teaspoon baking powder -20 g psyllium husk powder Instructions: 1. Add the lentils to a bowl, cover with water and let them soak for 2 hours. Drain and rinse them under cold water. 2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). 3. In a blender or food processor add the soaked lentils, olive oil, yoghurt, salt, paprika, garlic and mixed herbs. Blend until a thick batter forms. 4. Transfer the batter to a large bowl and add baking powder and psyllium husk. Mix all together. 5. Form 1 large bun with wet hands and arrange it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy! #glutenfree #homemade #bread #healthybaking #protein

J’ai vu que certaines recettes étaient faites uniquement avec des flocons d’avoine, mais j’ai opté pour celle vue chez @laurenbouffe avec de la farine complète. Alors, bien sûr, ça ne remplacera pas un vrai pain au levain et tous ses bienfaits, mais c’est une excellente alternative quand on manque de temps. Pour 1 gros pain ou 8 petits pains individuels : 300 g de fromage blanc ou skyr 100 g de farine complète 100 g de flocons d’avoine 100 g de mix de graines (ici sésame noir, tournesol, lin, chia) 2 œufs 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique 1 pincée de sel Dans un saladier, mélanger tous les ingrédients, c’est important. Façonner soit une grande miche déposée sur une feuille de papier cuisson, soit 8 petits pains, comme moi, dans des moules en métal avec du papier cuisson. Enfourner 25 minutes pour les formats individuels et 40 minutes pour un grand pain à 180 degrés. Laisser tiédir avant de trancher. #pain #painmaison #proteinbread #proteine

PROTEIN BREAD 2.0 - recipe⬇️ YOU WILL LOVE IT - Obsessed and a throwback as it’s too good to forget Please see how easy it is 🌟 TRY THIS PLEASE * 300g cottage cheese * 200g oats * 2 eggs * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt * 75g pumpkin seeds * 2 tbsp linseeds * 2 tbsp chia seeds * 50g chopped pecans 1. Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment. 2. Mix everything together. 3. Tip onto baking tray and form into a round or oval and cover the cheese well. 4. Bake for 45 mins until golden, turn over and bake for another 15 mins until you have a good even colour 5. Sastojci: • 2 šalice namočene leće • ½ šalice vode • Sol po želji Priprema: Namočite leću nekoliko sati (najbolje preko noći). Stavite namočenu leću, vodu i začine (ako želite) u blender. Blendajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Quark contains dramatically less salt (sodium) than cottage cheese. Full-fat quark is a great source of vitamin K2, which helps to maintain bone strength and protect your arteries from blockages.
