Não é. 👉 Paciente não nasce sabendo. Quem tem obrigação de saber… é você. E mais do que saber: Ensinar. Repetir. Garantir que ele entendeu. Porque orientação não é: ❌ falar rápido na instalação ❌ “dar uma explicadinha” ❌ confiar que ele vai lembrar Orientação de verdade é: ✔️ explicar com calma ✔️ mostrar na prática ✔️ entregar por escrito ✔️ reforçar em TODO retorno Agora me responde com sinceridade: 👉 Seu paciente realmente sabe cuidar da prótese… ou você só acha que sabe? ✔️ O mínimo que você deveria orientar: – Remover para dormir (salvo exceções) – Higienizar com escova própria + sabonete neutro – Armazenar em recipiente fechado (com pequenos “furinhos”) – Manter com um pouco de água (evitar ressecamento) – Evitar banheiro (umidade + risco de contaminação) Paciente bem orientado: ✔️ reclama menos ✔️ preserva a prótese ✔️ confia mais em você ✔️ e te indica Paciente mal orientado? 👉 vira problema que você mesmo criou.
