Slowcooker Mexican Pulled Beef Tacos 🌮 Perfect for a lazy midweek meal or hosting. Simply chuck all the ingredients into the slowcooker, come back and serve with some homemade avocado crema. So good. Makes 10-12 tacos Ingredients: - 1 kg braising steak or brisket - 30g taco seasoning - 120g brown sugar - 2 tbsp chipotle paste - 3 tbsp tomato purée - 1 tsp garlic puree - 80ml apple cider vinegar - 300ml beef stock - Salt and pepper Serve with: Soft taco shells Avocado crema Fresh coriander Limes Method: 1. Add all the ingredients above to the slowcooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours 2. [Werbung] Du glaubst, Pulled Pork ist das Maß aller Dinge? Dann hast du noch nie DAS hier probiert. Wir machen heute Pulled Beef aus einem 3 Kilo schweren Rindernacken, den wir mit meinem neuen Coffee Garlic Rub würzen und 6 Stunden lang bei 120 °C smoken. Zwischendurch immer mal wieder mit Cola besprühen 👉 das gibt ne geile Kruste und hält das Fleisch außen saftig. Und dann der Gamechanger: Ab in den Dutch Oven mit Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Tomatenmark, Portwein, Fond und passierten Tomaten. 2–3 Stunden schmoren, bis das Fleisch zerfällt und du musst es nur noch zupfen und wieder in die Sauce geben. BBQ-Level: Endboss. 👉 Serviert auf Brioche Buns mit Bärlauchpesto 👌 mehr brauchst du nicht! Wusstest du: Rindernacken eignet sich durch die starke Marmorierung perfekt für Pulled Beef. Slowcooker Six Ingredient Pulled Beef & Onion Gravy 🥩🧅 One of my most popular recipes ever but made simple so here’s how I make it. For an entire book of Six Ingredient Slowcooker recipes well I have one and it’s out this week so get the book for half price 📕 SIX INGREDIENTS - 1kg beef brisket - 2 x onions - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 3-4 garlic clove crushed or garlic puree - 400ml rich beef stock - 1 tbsp mixed herbs OR just Rosemary Method 1. Sear the beef on a hot pan, you be an use oil if you like and season with salt and pepper 2. Then soften the onions and add to the slowcooker with all other ingredients. Cook on high for 7-8 hours and the beef will completely fall apart 3. Jeg har testet en langtidsstegt version med oksebov på hele 4,5 kilo og resultatet blev helt vildt! Det er en af de mest intense og dybe kødsmage, jeg nogensinde har fået frem. Jeg har brugt min Extend Blender fra Zwilling, som kører trådløst (så du slipper for ledninger på køkkenbordet), og opbevaret kødet i Fresh & Save-glasset der sikrer, at kødet holder sig saftigt og friskt meget længere. Ingredienser 4,5 kilo oksebov 1,5 dl ekstra jomfru olivenolie 1 spsk groft salt 1 spsk sort peber 3 kviste frisk rosmarin 10–15 fed hvidløg Fremgangsmåde Kom olivenolie, salt, peber, rosmarin og hvidløg i din Extend Blender fra Zwilling og blend det hele til en tyk marinade. Smør marinaden ud over hele okseboven, så den er dækket på alle sider. Pak kødet godt ind i bagepapir og derefter i sølvpapir. Læg pakken i dit Fresh & Save glasfad og sæt det midt i ovnen. Steg kødet i 16 timer ved 65 grader. Når kødet er færdigt, lad det hvile i ca. 1 time. Herefter trækkes kødet fra hinanden med to gafler, så du får lækker, saftig pulled beef. Hæld den juice, der ligger i fadet, tilbage i kødet – det giver smag og fugtighed. Opbevaring Pulled beef kan fryses i op til 3 måneder. Vil du bevare friskheden, kan du vakuumere kødet eller opbevare det i Fresh & Save-bokse, som holder maden frisk op til 5 gange længere end almindelige beholdere.

Paired with some delicious coleslaw, it was perfection. Check out the details below 👇🏻 Pulled Beef Sandwich✨ 2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast *Seasoning For Beef: 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika, 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 2 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Salt, ½ Tsp Black Pepper 1 C BBQ Sauce ½ C Beef or Chicken Broth ¼ C Ketchup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp Brow Sugar 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika 2 Tsp Garlic Powder 2 Tsp Onion Powder ½ Tsp Salt ½ Tsp Black Pepper Coleslaw✨ 2 C Shredded Coleslaw Mix ¼ C Mayo 1 Tbsp Ketchup 1 Tsp Sugar Salt & Pepper To Taste Instructions Trim excess fat from the beef chuck and season the beef on all sides If your slow cooker has a sear option, sear the beef on all sides for about a few minutes After searing, adjust the setting to “slow cook” on high Add in the broth, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and the seasoning to the beef. Cover and slow cook on high for 4 hours While the beef is cooking, mix all the ingredients for the coleslaw and place in the fridge After 4 hours, turn off the slow cooker and remove the beef. Das Fleisch wird nur kurz scharf angebraten und darf dann für 6–8 Stunden ganz gemütlich im Ofen oder auf dem Grill garen. Danach fällt es fast von selbst auseinander 😍 superzart und einfach himmlisch! Das Fleisch wird dann einfach wieder in den Sud gelegt. So köstlich. 🤤 Ihr könnt das Pulled Beef als Burger mit Brötchen servieren, aber auch mit Reis, Nudeln oder anderen Beilagen schmeckt es einfach unglaublich gut.
