E ti giuro… viene fuori una bomba 💣 Ho preso 2,5 kg di coppa di maiale e ho fatto così: 👉 Senape (come collante) 👉 Rub (la trovi sul mio canale 😉) 👉 Polvere affumicata per quel tocco BBQ che fa la differenza Poi doppio wrap: 📄 carta forno + stagnola → così tutti i succhi restano dentro = carne super juicy 🔥 In forno: • 150°C per 3 ore • 180°C per 1 ora • Obiettivo: 95°C al cuore Una volta pronta: 👉 tolgo liquidi e grassi in eccesso 👉 spennello con BBQ sauce 👉 modalità grill, girandola su tutti i lati (circa 30 min) Risultato? Burrosa, sfilacciata, succosa da paura. ⚠️ Attenzione: crea dipendenza. 👉 Salva la ricetta 👉 Provala a casa 👉 E taggami quando la rifai

Pulled Pork aus dem Airfryer – zart, saftig & unfassbar aromatisch! 🔥 Wer braucht schon Smoker, wenn der Airfryer SO abliefert? 🤯 Dieses Pulled Pork zerfällt förmlich, ist ultra-saftig und bekommt durch die BBQ-Sauce eine karamellisierte, würzige Kruste. Perfekt für Burger, Wraps oder einfach pur direkt aus der Schüssel (ja, ich urteile nicht 😏). Das Geheimnis? Die Kombination aus würzigem Rub, süß-rauchiger BBQ-Sauce, Apfelsaft für die Saftigkeit und ein Stück Backpapier als Schutzschild gegen Austrocknen. Ergebnis: butterzartes Fleisch nach nur 2,5 Stunden! 📝 Zutatenliste • 1,5 kg Schweinenacken • 3 EL Barbecue-Rub (z.B. fertige Gewürzmischung) • 5 Zwiebeln (in Halbringe geschnitten) • 600 ml Barbecuesauce • 200 ml Apfelsaft • 3 EL Ahornsirup oder Honig • 1 Lage Backpapier 👨‍🍳 Zubereitung 1. Schweinenacken großzügig mit dem Barbecue-Rub einreiben. 2. Zwiebeln in Halbringe schneiden und in den Airfryer-Aufsatz geben. 3. Barbecuesauce, Apfelsaft und Ahornsirup (oder Honig) dazugeben und alles gut vermengen. 4. Den Nacken hineinlegen und mit der Sauce-Mischung komplett bedecken. 5. Eine Lage Backpapier passgenau zuschneiden und direkt auf das Fleisch legen – auch an den Seiten leicht andrücken. Das verhindert, dass das Fleisch zu dunkel wird und hält es extra saftig. 6. Bei 160 °C für 2,5–3 Stunden im Airfryer garen. • Bei 1,5 kg reichen meist 2,5 Stunden. 7. Anschließend das Fleisch auseinanderziehen, mit der Sauce vermengen – und genießen! 💡 Pro-Tipp: Je länger es zieht, desto intensiver wird der Geschmack.
