Push ups for Beginners! 🔥 If you’re new to push-ups and want to build upper body strength, these three exercises are perfect for you! 💪🏼 — Wall Push-Up Start by placing your hands shoulder-width apart on a wall and step back. Keep your body straight and lower yourself towards the wall, then push back up. — Incline Push-Up Find an elevated surface like a bench or a chair. Hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, keep your body straight, and lower your chest towards the surface. Push back up to complete one rep. — Knee Push-Up Begin in a plank position with your knees on the floor. Lower your chest towards the ground, then push back up. Remember, consistency is key! Start with a number of reps that challenge you but allow you to maintain proper form.
