I always believed that being bloated all the time was very normal and a lot of people do. But identifying and tapping into factors that are causing bloating can genuinely help reduce it in the long run. Some additional tips- 1. Maintain a food diary and see what foods are making it worse. 2. Get your vitamin levels tests and get blood work done regularly. 3. Make sure you’re not eating out much and eating mostly home cooked foods. 4. Move more and workout at least 4 days a week.
