Boil two eggs for 7-8 minutes and then put into ice cold water to achieve a jammy centre. 2. Mix boiled eggs with cream cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and any other seasonings of your choice. 3. Once well combined, add mixture onto two slices of bread. 4. Top with smoked salmon and dill and enjoy. #breakfast #eggs
