Healthy & Delicious Winter Drink Ragi Malt, Traditional Indian Non Caffeinated Drink Quick & Easy to Make. Ragi/ Nachini Malt Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Ragi Flour 1.5 Cups Water 1/2 Cup Cow Milk / Coconut Milk 1-2 tsp Raw Sugar / jaggery 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder Directions : Add Ragi flour in a mixing bowl Transfer 1 Cup Water into a pan & Heat it Mix Ragi flour in 1/2 Cup water & make a runny mixture Once the water starts to boil add the ragi mixture to it Start mixing with a spoon immediately Reduce heat and let it cook for 6-7 minutes Keep stirring to avoid getting stuck in the bottom Once done, add milk ( warm milk) and combine Well Add coconut sugar & Cocoa powder Mix well and cook for few more seconds Ragi malt is ready Transfer into a mug/glass Garnish with chopped nuts Nuts / Nut Powder ( Optional) Herbs & Spices ( Optional) Consume when still warm #healthy #healthydrink #recipe #recipeoftheday #drink #local #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #ragi #ragimalt #millet #healthyliving #yummy #delicious #intagood #foodgasm #tasty #nutritionist #fitness #healthyeating #nomnom #weightloss
