Mix ragi flour with water (no lumps!) 2. Add to pan on medium-low heat, keep stirring 3. Blend cardamom + sweetener and stir into the mix 4. Add milk once it thickens 5. Let it cool a bit and add protein powder 6. Top with chia seeds and nuts
