Besides, people with poor digestive health may limit their use of ragi as it is rich in fiber, calcium, iron and protein, which are not easily digested in their system. Unless you pair fiber with a lot of water intake, you should limit the use of ragi. While ragi (finger millet) boasts numerous health benefits, concerns remain regarding its possible association with oxalates, kidney stones, and digestive issues. Let's delve into the scientific evidence to understand the current picture: Oxalates and Ragi: Yes, ragi contains oxalates.
