Whisk mayo + cream till smooth. 2. Add herbs, garlic powder & onion powder. 3. Add lemon juice, vinegar, salt & pepper. 4. Add milk little by little to adjust consistency. 5. Finish with olive oil, mix well. 6. Rest 30 minutes in fridge before use. This version has got chipotle smoky beef with cheese, crunchy lettuce, chipotle ranch with some crispy onions for garnish 🤤 Under 500 cals a portion and almost 39g protein! You can also switch to chicken mince if you prefer 🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 225g 5% lean beef mince 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp garlic granules 1 tsp chipotle paste Salt Black pepper 4 small soft tortillas 4 reduced-fat cheese slices 100g shredded lettuce 1 tbsp crispy onions Chipotle Ranch Drizzle 20g ranch dressing 40g fat free Greek-style yoghurt ½ tsp chipotle paste 💕Mix the beef mince with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, chipotle paste, salt and black pepper until evenly seasoned. Divide into four equal portions and roll into balls. 💕Lay a tortilla flat and press one portion of beef thinly and evenly across the entire surface, spreading it right to the edges. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. 💕Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat. Place one tortilla beef-side down into the hot pan and press firmly with a spatula so the beef makes full contact with the pan. Hot honey chicken sliders 🍔 Ingredients For the chicken: 2 lb bonless chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise and cut into big pieces (roughly bun size ) For the wet batter: 1 1/2 cups butter milk 1/4 cup hot sauce 2 tbsp pickle juice or vinegar Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder For the dry batter: 2 cups all purpose flour 1/3 cup corn starch 2 tsp baking powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder For the hot honey glaze: 1/4 cup butter 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup honey Salt to taste To assemble: 12 slider buns 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced 4 tbsp butter , melted (for toasting the buns ) Oil for frying the chicken For the ranch dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup butter milk 1/2 tsp dried dill Salt to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried parsley Squeeze of lemon juice Method: In a large bowl, whisk together all wet batter ingredients. Stir in cayenne, smoked paprika, garlic powder, honey, and salt. Simmer gently for 1–2 minutes. Brush or toss fried chicken generously in the hot honey glaze. Whisk all ranch ingredients until smooth. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut open the slider buns and brush the inside with melted butter. Bake for 5-7 min until the bread is lightly toasted. BBQ Chicken & Bacon Ranch Folded Wrap 😍 Crispy folded wrap filled with bbq chicken, crispy bacon, melted cheese and a light ranch sauce. High protein, absolutely banging and easy enough for a quick dinner 🤌🏼 Ingredients (serves 2): 200g chicken breast  1 tsp bbq seasoning  1 tsp smoked paprika  Salt  Black pepper  40g bbq sauce 
4 rashers streaky bacon (can sub for medallions for lower fat)
50g reduced fat cheddar grated 
15g ranch dressing  40g fat free Greek style yoghurt 
2 large soft tortilla wraps
 💕Season the chicken with the bbq seasoning, smoked paprika salt and pepper. Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, or pan-fry until cooked through. While still hot, shred the chicken using two forks and stir through the BBQ sauce until coated and sticky. 💕Cook the bacon according to packet instructions. Once cooked, slice in halves. 💕Mix together the ranch dressing and yoghurt in a bowl.  💕Lay a wrap flat on a board and make one cut from the centre down to the edge to create four quadrants. 💕In the first section, add half the cheese, followed by the bbq chicken, the chopped bacon, the ranch sauce and remaining cheddar. 💕Fold the wrap up in quarters until sealed into a triangle. 💕Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and lightly spray with oil. Cook the folded wrap for 2 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and the cheese has melted.
