Nah this Ice Spice record really ended up being bigger than just a random soundtrack song. “Big Guy” was made for The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, and the fact that it’s already got hundreds of millions of plays/views across YouTube and YouTube Music shows it really connected outside the movie too. That’s why moments like this with kids dancing to it make sense — the song actually reached people the way a real movie single is supposed to.  It’s also part of Ice Spice’s bigger comeback run. Billboard tied “Big Guy” in with her late-2025 momentum, and even Rolling Stone pointed out how sticky the song was when it dropped for the upcoming SpongeBob movie.  So this isn’t really about the clip as much as it is Ice landing a huge movie placement and actually making it count.
