PHThe EASIEST way to become a PNGTuber-- Use Reactive by Fugitech (it's called reactive but most people call it Fugitech which is the creator's name)!
Just login with discord and link your account. Then add your PNGs for speaking and idle. As long as you are in a discord call, your new model will light up when you speak! It's amazing for collabs, but if you just want to give vtubing a try, it's a very simple way to start.

If you want a PNGTuber with more separation, I also have the full PSD for the picrew on my Ko-fi page, free of charge (though money is nice and I have bills). You can get more complex using Rahituber, PNGTuber+, or Veadotube! You can also rig your PNGTuber in Live2D for use in Vtubestudio. I have a beginner friendly tutorial linked below.
