🧪 I red-lighted only half my face for 2 months—here’s why. 
I wanted to know if red light therapy (low level laser therapy, LLLT) actually works… or if it’s just expensive hype. So I ran my own experiment. I used what many consider the best red light mask on the market—it uses three wavelengths: red light, near-infrared, and deep near-infrared light. I treated just one side of my face, 5 days a week, for two months. The other side? Covered with blackout tape. 
No one knew which was which—not even my mom. To document results fairly, I took a final photo in a completely dark room, using only a ring light (or LED panel) centered directly in front of me—giving equal light exposure to both sides of my face. No filters, no tricks. NOW I NEED YOUR HELP:
