🔥 Your feet are a complete map of your body, and this mind-blowing reflexology animation shows exactly how! In traditional Foot Reflexology, specific points on the feet correspond directly to your organs and glands. Watch this hyper-realistic foot where: • Brain is on the big toe • Eyes & Ears are on the other toes • Thyroid, Lungs, Heart, Liver, Stomach & Intestines are placed on the sole The right hand applies gentle pinpoint pressure — one organ at a time, moving smoothly from top to bottom (exactly how professional reflexologists work). How to do Foot Reflexology at home (super easy): 1. Sit comfortably and hold your foot steady. 2. Use your thumb or finger to press a reflex point with gentle but firm pressure. 3. Hold for 5–10 seconds, then slowly release. 4. Repeat 3–5 times on each point. 5. Breathe deeply and slowly while pressing. Do this daily for 5–10 minutes — best before sleep or when stressed. Amazing Benefits of Regular Foot Reflexology: • Deep stress & anxiety relief • Better blood circulation & energy levels • Improved digestion (Stomach & Intestines points) • Hormone balance (Thyroid point) • Clearer breathing & lung support • Heart relaxation & better sleep • Headache & migraine relief (Brain point) • Overall immunity boost & natural healing Your feet are your body’s built-in healing tool. Take care of them and they’ll take care of you! 💆‍♂️ Have you tried foot reflexology before? Which point would you press first? Why Primitive Reflexes Matter: Simple Tests for Your Child’s Development 🧠✨ Did you know that unintegrated primitive reflexes can impact your child’s performance in school? A fascinating survey showed that more active reflexes often lead to lower academic performance. Let’s explore how to test some of these reflexes at home. Key Reflexes to Check: Plantar Response 🦶 Test: Gently scrape the outside edge of your child’s foot. Watch For: If the toes flare up, the reflex is still active. Palmar Grasp Reflex ✋ Test: Draw a little X over the palm. Watch For: If the hand flinches, this reflex might be affecting their handwriting. Rooting Reflex 👶 Test: Brush across the face and lips. Watch For: If the lips pucker, this reflex could be behind picky eating habits. Spinal Galant Reflex 🌀 Test: Lightly scrape just to the side of the spine. Watch For: If they flinch away from the brush, this reflex may be active. Why It’s Important: Integrating these reflexes is crucial for smoother motor skills, better academic performance, and overall development. Need more guidance on testing or integrating these reflexes? Hand gesture recognition technology is transforming how we interact with devices and systems. Using Mediapipe for hand tracking and OpenCV for real-time video processing, this project showcases the potential of gesture-based interfaces. Applications: Healthcare: Assistive technology for individuals with mobility impairments, enabling control of wheelchairs, prosthetics, or medical devices through simple hand gestures. It can also be used in rehabilitation to track patient progress and improve motor skills. Automotive: Gesture-controlled infotainment systems in vehicles, allowing drivers to adjust volume, change music, or answer calls without taking their hands off the wheel, enhancing safety and convenience. Retail: Interactive kiosks and virtual try-on experiences, where customers can navigate menus, select products, or visualize how clothing or accessories look on them using intuitive hand movements. Education: Immersive learning tools for students, enabling gesture-based interactions with virtual simulations, 3D models, or collaborative whiteboards, making learning more engaging and interactive. Industrial Automation: Gesture-based control of machinery or robots in manufacturing environments, reducing the need for physical interfaces and improving efficiency in hazardous or hard-to-reach areas. Entertainment: Enhanced gaming experiences with gesture-based controls, allowing players to interact with virtual environments in a more natural and immersive way. Why It Matters: Gesture recognition bridges the gap between humans and machines, enabling more intuitive and natural interactions. From smart homes to industrial automation, the possibilities are vast. Explore the code on my GitHub (link in bio) and see how you can integrate this technology into your projects. #Python #AI #GestureRecognition #Innovation #computervision #coding

Эта точка на ладони связана с твоими органами. Большинство людей этого не знает. This point on your palm connects to your nervous system. Most people don’t know this. ••••••••••••• EN The palm is one of the most neurologically sensitive areas of the human body. In the brain, the hands occupy a large portion of the sensory cortex. This means stimulation of the palm sends powerful signals through the nervous system. The palm contains a high density of mechanoreceptors — specialized sensory cells. When activated, these receptors can influence through neural and fascial pathways: • breathing patterns • vascular tone • muscular tension • stress regulation This is not mysticism. This is neurophysiology and soft-tissue science. Now a question. When you press the center of your palm, do you feel relaxation or tension in your body? ••••••••••••• #massagetherapy #manualtherapy #bodyworkeducation #clinicalanatomy #nervoussystemregulation

There are many microsystems in reflexology: the hand, the foot, the face, the ear, the stomach, which one is your favorite? I love Auricular Therapy, but the hand is very useful to show patients how to do massage at home, on the organ that may be deficient or excess ☯️ Another microsystem is also Scalp acupuncture. I do have an online course on it (taught by @soniaftan) on my website that is very easy to apply immediately upon completion 🙏 check it out! #reflexology #handreflexology #reflexologymassage

🦵 Testing your reflexes? 🔨 Let’s talk patellar reflexes! In this reel, I’m demonstrating the different grades of the patellar (knee-jerk) reflex, a crucial part of neurological exams. 🔵Understanding these grades helps assess the health of your nervous system. From absent to exaggerated, each response tells a story. 🟢Clinical Significance: - Absent reflexes (0 or 1+) may indicate peripheral nerve damage or lower motor neuron lesions. - Normal reflex response is graded +2 - Hyperreflexia (3+ or 4+) may suggest upper motor neuron lesions or central nervous system disorders. - Knowing the grades helps with neurological assessments. #Neurology #Reflexes #PatellarReflex #MedicalEducation #Healthcare #KneeJerk #Physicalexam #chiro #chiropractor #medicine #patienteducation #reels #instareel #fyp #fy
