The post shares a viral animation depicting focus as a single progress bar filling rapidly, versus multitasking as multiple bars advancing slowly, amassing 2 million views and 21,000 likes within 24 hours on a hip-hop news account. Peer-reviewed studies, including APA research, confirm multitasking—often task-switching—cuts productivity by 20-40% through attention residue and error increases, aligning with the video’s core message on cognitive efficiency. User replies highlight perceived bias in the visualization, noting multitasking bars appear smaller, but the concept underscores evidence from NIH on single-tasking fostering deeper immersion and faster task completion.

Research shows that people regret missed opportunities more than the mistakes they actually made. Psychologist Thomas Gilovich from Cornell University has studied regret for decades and concluded that, over time, inaction tends to create stronger and more lasting regret than action In 2020, a large study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that people across different age groups most often regretted missed chances in education, career decisions, and relationships. Participants were more likely to say “I did not try” than “I tried and failed” There is also an age pattern. Younger adults tend to regret actions. As people get older, regret shifts toward things they did not do. The emotional impact of mistakes often decreases over time, while unrealized decisions remain part of a person’s life story Economic research supports this pattern as well. Delaying investment, avoiding skill development, or postponing career changes can measurably affect long term income. These outcomes are calculated in longitudinal financial models and show clear differences over time One consistent conclusion appears across disciplines. Not making a decision is still a decision. And statistically, inaction is more likely to become a lasting source of regret Subscribe @Oksana_mindset. There’s a lot of interesting content here for you

TON 618 doesn't break the rules of the universe. It rewrites them entirely 🌌 Scientists discovered this ultramassive black hole in 1970 but only understood its true scale decades later through quasar research. What they found left the astronomy world speechless 🤯 Here's what lives 10.4 billion light years away from us 🔴 Its mass is 66 billion times that of our Sun making it one of the most massive single objects ever discovered in the observable universe 🌀 Its event horizon is so wide that our entire solar system would fit inside it 11 times over with room to spare ⏳ Light falling into TON 618 takes thousands of years just to cross from one side of its event horizon to the other 💀 The gravitational time dilation near its edge is so extreme that minutes there could equal thousands of years passing in the outside universe 🔭 It powers a quasar, a jet of energy so bright it outshines entire galaxies containing hundreds of billions of stars 📡 Despite being 10.4 billion light years away it is still one of the brightest objects ever detected proving its energy output is almost incomprehensible INTERESTING FACT: TON 618 formed when the universe was only a fraction of its current age meaning something this massive existed before most galaxies we see today were even born 💫 Some things in this universe don't just exceed our imagination. They make imagination feel small 👁️🌌 . . . . . . . . . . . In this era of attraction, find someone who is loyal and loves you unconditionally.❤️ . . . . . Tere Ishk Mein(2025) is a romantic drama about love, heartbreak, and unresolved emotions. The film follows Shankar, a young man who becomes the subject of PhD research by Mukti. During the course of her research, the two slowly grow close and fall in love. However, Mukti eventually ends the relationship and chooses to move forward with her life, leaving Shankar emotionally shattered. Struggling to cope with the loss, Shankar joins the Indian Air Force, hoping to find purpose and escape his pain. Years later, fate brings Shankar and Mukti face to face again. Their past relationship, buried feelings, and unanswered questions resurface, forcing both of them to confront what they once meant to each other and what still remains between them. The film explores themes of unfulfilled love, emotional scars, personal growth, and how some love stories never truly end — they only change form. . . . . . . . . . #reels #foryou #foryoupage💙 #realman #love #meninlove #tereishkmein

Last year in Parliament, I spoke about India’s AI journey and two clear priorities. First, from Make in India to Make AI in India. Build our own capability, invest in research, and strengthen the infrastructure and compute we need to compete. Second, make advanced generative AI tools accessible and affordable for every Indian, in every language, so that no one is left behind. It is good to see AI back at the centre of national conversation as India hosts key discussions on its future. Now the focus must shift from intent to implementation. If we expand access and build with ambition, India can move from being a technology user to a technology leader. The question is not whether AI will shape the future. The question is whether India will help define it. #ai #parliament #responsibleai #artificialintelligence #indiaai

In the 1960s, NASA explored both outer space and Earth’s oceans. But soon, funding and focus shifted almost entirely to space missions. Not because of monsters or secret discoveries - but because the space race demanded resources, and ocean research moved to other scientific agencies. Yet one mystery remains real: over 95% of the ocean is still unexplored. Strange creatures, extreme environments, and unknown ecosystems still hide in the deep. Space feels distant. But the real unknown might be right here on Earth. The deep ocean remains one of humanity’s last frontiers. #nasa #ai #aitech #ocean

Stair navigation poses major challenges for older adults, driving new technological innovations. Researchers at Georgia Tech and Emory University have developed energy-recycling stairs that store a user's energy during descent and release it during ascent. The spring-loaded stairs compress when descending, saving energy otherwise lost through ankle impact and braking forces by 26 percent. When climbing up, the stairs provide a boost by releasing stored energy, reducing knee strain by 37 percent. The low-power device fits over existing staircases without permanent installation, making it accessible and affordable for homes. 🚨 Follow @aidisruptor for the latest in AI and tech innovation. India, China, and the United States are three major global powers, but they differ in how much they invest in education. The United States and China both spend around 6% of their GDP on education, showing strong financial commitment to schools, universities, and research. India, on the other hand, spends around 4–4.5% of its GDP, which is improving but still below the 6% target recommended in its national education policy. . . . . #EducationBudget #IndiaVsChinaVsUSA #GlobalEconomy #Geopolitics #WorldEducation

Your presence, often described as “aura,” is not something mystical or random. It is the result of nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and consistent daily habits that shape how you communicate, move, listen, and respond to the world. Research in psychology and neuroscience shows that calm speech, controlled body language, intentional silence, and focused attention signal confidence, safety, and internal balance to others. These behaviors are closely linked to stress regulation, cognitive clarity, and emotional maturity, all of which influence perception and connection. 👉🏼 If you want to increase your aura, improve your habits, health, and wellness, follow @naturalhealinglab for daily, science-informed insights on natural healing, gut health, emotional regulation, and sustainable lifestyle practices rooted in holistic wellness and food as medicine. A strong presence is built from within. Balanced nutrition supports stable blood sugar and mood. Gut health influences neurotransmitter production and emotional resilience. Proper hydration and micronutrient sufficiency support cognitive function and nervous system stability. When the body is regulated, communication becomes intentional, listening improves, and silence feels natural. 💚 Save this post as a reminder that true presence is cultivated through self-mastery.
