So simple as all ingredients are mixed together so no need to make aloo separately and then worry about aloo coming out of the paratha.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp oil
11/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp green chilies, finely chopped
2 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed or grated
- Mix everything together and add little less than 1/4 c warm water and make a soft dough. I made it in the @kitchenaidusa
- Roll into round parathas and cook it with little ghee on both sides until light brown on both sides.
Makes 12 medium size parathas.
