In all of those things are you striving for action But when you lay down, put away your phone, do you feel whole? Or do you feel like you really want to listen to something or talk on the phone with someone or scroll just so you don’t have to hear your own thoughts or feel your emotions… The truth is most of us in today’s society feel worthless when resting. BUT there is so much magic happening when you learn how to rest. You are starting to learn how to receive. You are facing your thought patterns. You show your body true self love letting her know she doesn’t have to fight or be active all the time. How will you receive if you’re always on the go and taking action? How will you let God make space for all the big blessings if you’re constantly controlling everything that is going on in your life?
