Экспоуатация данных диспластичных детей без постоянных ОФП на укрепление и закачивание мышц может привести к воспалительным процессам в суставах, а далее к травмамам. У некоторых спортсменок есть физиологичные ограничения, что не позволяет им достичь таких амплитуд и для них нужно подбирать комплексы по развитию растяжки и и гибкости. Для развития амплитуды и силы используют несколько видов растяжки: статическую (удержание позы), динамическую (плавные махи), баллистическую (резкие махи), изометрическую (сокращение-расслабление), активную (с усилием, без партнера) и пассивную (с помощью партнера или веса тела). Работая только над статикой мы снижаем мышечную силу и динамическую активность, ухудшается координация и скорость. High amplitude movements are an integral part of rhythmic gymnastics; without them, beautiful elements and the forms of jumps are impossible. The methods for achieving them are of critical importance. Exploiting the data on dysplastic children without consistent General Physical Training (GPT) for muscle strengthening and conditioning can lead to inflammatory processes in the joints and subsequently to injuries. Some athletes have physiological limitations that prevent them from achieving such amplitudes, and for them, it is necessary to develop tailored routines for improving stretching and flexibility. To develop amplitude and strength, several types of stretching are used: static (holding a pose), dynamic (smooth swings), ballistic (sharp swings), isometric (contraction-relaxation), active (using effort, without a partner), and passive (with the help of a partner or body weight). When I was growing up in elite sport, we did things that were considered “discipline.” Now I know: a lot of it was survival and it shaped how I coach today. 1) We treated extreme restriction like it was a “normal day.” 2) “Weight checks” felt more important than recovery. 3) We trained in heat / layers to “sweat it out” before sessions. 4) Stretching sometimes meant pain tolerance — not nervous system safety. 5) Adults could “push” your body for a long time and call it “results.” 6) We learned to ignore hunger cues and body signals (huge red flag). 7) We normalized injuries and kept going anyway. 8) We didn’t have language for boundaries — you just obeyed. 9) We wanted treats like kids… but it felt “forbidden,” like you had to hide it. 10) We confused control with mastery. I’m grateful for what sport gave me — strength, artistry, work ethic. But I’m also grateful we’re evolving. Today, my philosophy is simple: high performance should never cost your health. Grace is built through smart training, education, and respect for the athlete.
